Donguri Area

This resort area is located in the southern side of Iwatake ski resort, and many pensions operate.
The great scenery of mountains features in this area, and the only drawback is steeply sloped roads due to its location of the side of the mountain.
Lifts operate in the upper part of this area to connect to the Iwatake ski resort.
Regular size of each lot is more than 1,000m² with some restrictions on construction; 20% of building coverage and 40% of building volume to lot, which are the lowest ratios in Hakuba Village.
There are no restaurants in this area.
